Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Sunday Night Silk, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return an item, you may contact us at contact@sundaynightsilk.com and we will guide you through the process, as well as provide you with a return address.
Refunds
Once we have received your package, we will review the product and send you an email confirming reception. We will immediately advise you on the status of your return after inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the allotted time dependant on your card issues policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Policy
When you purchase your item you will have the option to either pickup your package, or have it shipped with an extra fee. If you select the pick-up option, you will receive an email with a pickup address and any further instructions. If you select the shipping option, your package should arrive in 5-10 business days.
